Jietonda® K7573 is a kind of white powder based on acrylate polymer active ingredients for excellent leveling properties in powder coatings with excellent interlayer adhesion and fingerprint resistance.

Characteristics

 It can be used in a variety of powder coating systems such as pure polyester, pure epoxy, polyester/epoxy blend, acrylic, polyurethane. Recommended for applications requiring good interlayer adhesion and anti-fingerprints;

 Preventing defects such as pits, pinholes, and fisheyes;

 Excellent leveling performance and weather resistance;

 Good film appearance and recoatability.

 

Use method & levels

 Premix K7573 with other components of the formula before extrusion.

 0.6-1.5% of the formula 

 

 Package & Storage

 Packaging with PE lined drum. Net weight 20kg per drum.

 Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.

 Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
