GMA Matting resin for durable carboxyl functional polyester powder coatings
Jietonda® SA580 is a glycidyl containing solid acrylic resin designed for applying in exterior durable carboxyl functional polyester powder coatings to provide low gloss of <10%(60°) and excellent weather-resistance.

2. Characteristics
● SA580 can be mixed with various carboxyl functional polyester resins to formulate matte, one shot, and exterior durable polyester powder coatings with low gloss of <10%(60°).
● The gloss can be adjusted by replacing part of SA580 with TGIC or HAA .
3. Use method & levels
● Premix SA580 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
● Recommend to design formula by weight parts of 75/25 [resin to SA550] for pure polyester resin with AV ca.34mg KOH/g.
4. Package & Storage
● Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
● Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
● Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
